As producers we have a responsibility towards the environment. To behave in an ethical manner and have the lowest possible impact on the environment, we must save energy.
To begin with, we chose these premises because they let in natural light in great quantity, allowing us to save up to 80% of lighting energy. Moreover we decided to use solar panels and led lighting.
For office space and warm storage we use recycled assembling containers to keep from altering the original space with new walls. All construction materials and paints are eco-friendly. Producing equipment is generated by a steam closed circuit, to save electricity and water.
A special energy-saver piping system cools and heats the vats.
Labels are PVC free and bottles are light-weight, as we drink beer not glass!
