Our logo shows how much we care about premises. This brewery is not only a building dedicated to producing good beer but also a cultural lab. From here we extend towards all that surrounds us, towards direct experience for our staff and for all those who want to share projects and ideas. All the workers in this brewing company see themselves as part of a whole committed to loving and passionate cooperation.
We divided the global 600 square foot area into three sections:
The equipment produces mashes of about 1.300 liters, yielding small batches to guarantee high quality.
Our cellar has vats for fermentation and conditioning up to about 31.000 liters. We also have cool and warm storage, filling equipment, automatic labeling and bottling complete of pre-wash and final rinse.
The exhibit area – also fit to host events – measures about 250 square feet and is furnished with large mobile showcase tables.
Last but not least the logistics area for stocking and shipping.
